Dates: March 10th to March 14th

Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM, 1:00 – 2:00 PM, 2:00 – 3:00 PM CST

Location: Online – Google Calendar Invite will be sent after registration

Please note – all course fees are donations that will go towards funding STEM education for disadvantaged children’s hospitals. You can pay the course fee through the link given AFTER you submit the form. Please be sure you complete that final step. 

Courses Offered for Spring

Beginner Java – March 10th to March 14th – 2 to 3 PM CST

Java is a fundamental code language that is used in all middle school and high school computer science courses. This course is designed for beginner coders with no previous experience and will cover from-scratch concepts like downloading an IDE, printing to the console, variables, conditional statements, and input/output mechanisms.

Grades: 5th – 8th

Beginner Python – March 10th to March 14th – 10 to 11 AM CST

Jump into the world of programming with one of the simplest and most popular languages! This beginner-friendly course will guide you through foundational coding concepts, including variables, data types, loops, and basic input/output mechanisms. Perfect for those with no prior coding experience.

Grades: 5th – 8th

Advanced Java – March 10th to March 14th – 1 to 2 PM CST

Java is a versatile and widely used programming language, essential for high school computer science courses and beyond. This advanced course builds upon fundamental Java concepts, introducing students to object-oriented programming (OOP), methods, arrays, loops, and file handling. Designed for those with basic Java experience, the course emphasizes hands-on coding, problem-solving, and algorithm development to strengthen students’ programming skills and prepare them for more advanced topics.

Grades: 7th – 10th
